Between 13.32 and 14.32 today (11th June), the paygate v3 platform encountered an issue that prevented Clients from logging in and/or carrying out any paygate actions. This issue was found to be caused by an Internal error, that was quickly understood and resolved swiftly.

If you attempted a submission between 13.32 and 14.32, please check that you have received the relevant confirmation that the submission was successful.
