Intermittent Connection Issue with BACs

The BACS process has stabilising and following the earlier issue affecting file receipt. Some intermittent delays may still occur, so clients are still advised to continue retrying submissions where needed. We will continue to monitor closely and provide further updates as required. Following yesterdays outage and subsequent resolution, we are currently aware of similar issues this afternoon, affecting the BACS process, where a small number of files are being rejected by BACs. We have raised this with BACS again and they are investigating as a priority. In the meantime, clients are advised to continue retrying submissions. We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available. Thank you for your patience.
