We will be updating paygate v3 to v.3.3 on 11 September 2024. Systems will be down between 06:00-09:00.

If you are using paygate Agent to upload files you will need to update your Agent after the update – please refer to the comms sent on 27 August.

No customer action is required if you do not use paygate Agent.

Planned maintenance work to update paygate to v3.3 is now postponed until Thursday 3 October 2024

We have scheduled a maintenance window on from 06:00 to 09:00 on Thursday 3 October. During this time, paygate services will be temporarily unavailable. We expect to complete the changes within this window and bring the services back online as planned.
