Notification of planned maintenance work

Please be aware that we will be performing routine server maintenance on Sunday 21st July between 14:00 and 17:00. This is to release new features for the paygate v3 product.

Timings

Date of maintenance: Sunday, July 21st
Time update starts: 14.00 Time update ends: 17.00 Testing (no impact): 17.00 - 18.00

Impact

The following systems / functions will be unavailable during this time: • paygate v3

Please note : paygate v2 is unaffected by this update and will continue to be available.

We are aware of some users experiencing issues when using services provided by paygate. This is due to outage reported in the news this morning. Our developers are currently investigating various solutions to bring back L&Z services as soon as possible.

We are treating this as a P1 issue. We will submit another update within one hour.

Our customer service phone line is experiencing increased calls due to this. We will continue to post updates on status page. If you do have a question please email support@paygate.uk

As you may have noticed from the availability of our services, and as reported in the national news, there is currently a global outage affecting several industries across the UK, including major brands, and impacting our services.

Our team has worked diligently to bring our systems back online and has bolstered additional support to do so. We are pleased to confirm that all paygate systems are now fully functional.
